Due to delays in securing air transportation and customs clearance for my organic sulfur packages sent by my United States drop shipper to Canada, I have decided to take matters into my own hands and assume the responsibility of shipping Canadian orders via UPS (United Parcel Service).

Using two recent Canadian orders as a test, I was pleased to learn that deliveries to Canada took less than a week using UPS, rather than two weeks or more which was common when I relied upon USPS and Canada Post.

My decision did require that I update my organic sulfur price list to compensate me for paying two shipping charges (the first time when I request an inventory of sulfur from my drop shipper, and a second charge when I pay UPS to ship the product to Canada). I added an additional surcharge to reflect my time to prepare the paperwork and to pay tariffs, duties and fees assessed by Canadian customs.

At this time, I am not changing the way that I handle domestic orders. For United States shipments, I am retaining the services of my drop shipper who processes such orders using USPS.

If you live outside of Canada or the United States and are interested in placing an order, please contact me by text or email and I will determine how I can best fulfill your request.
