Here is my reply:
While organic sulfur is derived from DMSO, due to the chemical changes that occur during the oxidation process, it doesn’t penetrate the skin readily like DMSO if it is dissolved in water and applied topically. Organic sulfur regenerates healthy cells by taking it orally, while DMSO helps to relieve pain and inflammation by applying it directly on affected areas.
Advising your husband to temporarily increase his oral dosage of organic sulfur to a teaspoon three times a day (rather than the standard intake of a teaspoon twice a day) between now and when he embarks on his road trip, while alsos applying an effective anti-inflammatory substance like DMSO or castor oil to his injured shoulder and knees is what I would recommend.
